  • 4 clean hake fillets weighing 230 gr.
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • 1 spoonful of flour
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ l. of water
  • 100 gr. of onion
  • 100 gr. of carrot
  • 100 gr. of green pepper
  • 100 gr. of courgette
  • 100 gr. of roast almonds
  • 50 gr. of cheese
  • 1 egg

  • 50 gr. of roast almonds
  • 2 dl. of extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ dl. of sherry vinegar
  • salt and ground white pepper

Finely dice the onion, the carrot, the green pepper, the courgette and the cheese. Dip all these ingredients and the almonds in flour and egg and then fry.
